1932 Ford traditional retro hot rod old school truck 327 4 speed

After a 5-year build (with lots of delays and pauses), my "old school" truck is drivable and "done" as far as I am concerned. I have driven it around the neighborhood but not far. It starts, accelerates, shifts, stops, etc w/o overheating or hestitating. It will still have some minor adjustments to make,no doubt. But one hot rod is enough for me so I am keeping my 3-W and putting the truck up for sale. I took tons of photos throughout the build so ask for any additional pics you may need.

The truck is titled as a 32 pick-up. It is actually a 34 cab on original 32 Ford rails. The body is real decent "rust-wise" but has dents and creases through-out. I put one patch panel in the passenger cowl and that was it. The bottom flats of the doors are soft. I bought new panels but never installed them. The firewall is flat, the floor is all new metal. The cab is stock height with great stock windshield, stock dash, stock cowl vent, stock door latches and window regs. It has all new safety glass. Real nice original 32 Ford passenger car grill and shell, original 32 Ford hood top, 1932 Chrysler winged radiator ornament. Has new aluminum radiator with electric fan as back up to mechanical fan. (Have never needed it yet.)It was an old BB farm truck in its past. The bed is a shorten and narrowed 48 Ford F-1. Original 32 Ford commercial headlights.

The chassis is original 1932 with 1955 Ford rear end with all new brakes. It has a transverse 39 Ford rear spring with tri-angulated 4-bar made from '40 Ford rear wishbones. The front end is a 32 Ford dago dropped axle with 36 Ford split bones, 40 Ford spindles and front brakes, original 32 Ford steering box. All new tie rod ends, king pins, shocks, shackles, and brake components. Has new hanging master cylinder for brakes and clutch. Engine is 1967 Chevy 327 300HP with crane fireball cam. Still has the double hump heads! Have build-sheet for engine. Tranny is a Borg- Warner 4 speed with Hurst shifter. Has new 2" center dump exhaust manifolds, 12 v generator, nice finned aluminunm valve covers with breathers, Edelbrock aluminum intake and Holley 650 carb. Currently has a new HEI dizzy, but just purchased a nice Mallory dual point and will switch if requested. New exhaust with Flow-master mufflers. New 16" Coker tires, original 40 Ford wheels, 16" ribbed trim rings, original 46 Ford hubcaps.

Seat is Dodge caravan that has been reupholstered in smooth black. Has new black carpet on floor and Dynamat on firewall. Inner doors painted black. has stock 32 ford vacuum wipers, no turn signals, new black Speedway Motors seat belts. Interstate battery in bed under old wooden box. Price is $12,900 Please call 574-277-8569 or 574-340-3686.
